How is contemporary dancing different from freestyle dancing?
How is contemporary dancing different from freestyle dancing?

I am already into Freestyle (Bollywood) dancing, so, I want to know if taking up a small course in contemporary dancing will help me in any way.

contemporary dance has a structured background from ballet technique. If you want to build some strength and control of your body take a few ballet or ccontemporary classes you'll be glad you did.
